About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Night Shift Poultry Process Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by adhering to all company policies and procedures. You will inspect product for defects, work with various tools, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial, as is the availability to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• No training, education or experience required
• Urine Drug Test Required

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures with regards to safety, quality, and all plant specific procedures and rules
• Inspect all product for defects; both naturally and unnaturally occurring
• Work at a safe pace necessary to maintain efficient production at all times
• Know and understand specifications/requirements for each product
• Safely work with and around knives, scissors, and other equipment
• Be familiar with and maintain compliance with all applicable departmental and facility job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA)
• Be familiar with and maintain compliance of all food safety, HACCAP, and OSHA regulations
• Work well with a team and independently
• Must be available to work overtime when necessary to meet production needs
