Starting Pay : $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends. This position is responsible for vaccination, movement of all Cobb products serviced by the Cobb Grandparent operation. The jobsite is a biosecure environment which requires showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.). Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines. Will be trained to recognize and comply with all Safety procedures.

Requirements

Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
Applicants must be available for in person interview.
Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
Must have good communication skills to accurately convey opinions and concerns.

Responsibilities

Vaccinate GP chickens.
Move pullets
Move spike males
Operating a high pressure and regular water hose, maintains foot pans and hand sanitizers, clean and disinfect Cobb vehicles, maintain a clean and organized work area.
