Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary
Able to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
Able to work independently and in a team environment
High level of self-organization and quality-oriented
Able to work in a cold or hot environment
Flexibility (able to work different shifts – days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

Washing/running all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, Silverware) through the dishwashing machine
Stacking and sorting clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
Cleaning drains and machines at end of shift and sanitizing work area as needed
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
Upkeep and maintain food safety.
