Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary
- Able to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of self-organization and quality-oriented
- Able to work in a cold or hot environment
- Flexibility (able to work different shifts – days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Responsibilities
- Washing/running all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, Silverware) through the dishwashing machine
- Stacking and sorting clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
- Cleaning drains and machines at end of shift and sanitizing work area as needed
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
- Upkeep and maintain food safety.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
