As the initial point of contact for new partnerships, the Coordinator ensures alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with staff to convert ideas and leads into formalized agreements for leadership approval. This role oversees the management of partnership systems, tracks engagement, and leads regular meetings to assess and expand partnerships. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for establishing and onboarding new internship sites, maintaining strong communication with external partners, and collecting feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
