POSTING CLERK
About The Position
Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking a full-time, in-person, POSTING CLERK to join our Accounting team in Plymouth, MN. Under general supervision and in accordance with established procedures, the POSTING CLERK is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and posting payments into company systems on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include identifying, coding, and sorting incoming mail; scanning and posting payments; maintaining and updating the daily mail tracking spreadsheet; pulling payment stubs for check send-backs; and balancing bank deposits to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation
- General excel and outlook skills
- 10 key experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize emergent tasks
- Mandatory overtime may be required on Mondays and last business day of the month due to increased workload volumes.

Responsibilities

- Work with Management to research and correct errors
