About The Position
The Department of Chemistry at the University of South Florida invites applications for an in-person, 12-month Postdoctoral Scholar position. The preferred start date is February 1, 2027, but the start date is flexible and negotiable. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal for an additional year, contingent upon satisfactory performance and continued funding availability.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in the field of chemistry education or a related field.
- Candidates who are ABS (All But Dissertation) may be considered upon completing all degree requirements before the employment start date.
- Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Postdoctoral Fellow.
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys and interviews
- Experience with publications in peer-reviewed discipline-based education journals
Responsibilities
