About The Position
Dr. Bonnie Nozari’s lab at Indiana University Bloomington, within the Departments of Psychological & Brain Sciences, has an opening for a postdoctoral fellow. This role will focus on research projects investigating the structure of the language production system and its interplay with other cognitive systems. The position requires a strong foundation in experimental design and an understanding of computational models of language production. Familiarity with cognitive neuroscience methods is considered an advantage.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field by the start date.
- Proficiency in programming, including designing and running online studies.
- A record of scholarly productivity, including at least two first-author publications in the past five years.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with computational modeling
- Expertise in neuroimaging
- Familiarity with cognitive neuroscience methods
Responsibilities
- Spearhead research projects from conceptualization (in collaboration with the PI) to design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- Conduct research on projects examining the architecture of the language production system and its interaction with other cognitive systems.
