About The Position

Northeastern University is hiring a Postdoctoral Research Associate through the Northeastern University–Moderna Academic–Industrial Fellowship Program. The Fellow will support Pharmacometrics (PMx) efforts while embedded within Moderna’s Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology (CQP) function. The role contributes to modeling and simulation deliverables for drug candidates across early and late stages of clinical development and across multiple therapeutic modalities. The Fellow will support project leads in evaluating and implementing model-informed drug development strategies, including population PK/PD, exposure–response, and mechanistic systems modeling, and will collaborate with cross-functional partners within CQP and across the broader development organization to inform development decisions. At Northeastern University, the Fellow will participate in scientific publication, conference presentations, and mentoring junior trainees in an academic laboratory environment. The successful candidate will develop and deliver clear, concise, scientifically rigorous presentations for internal and external audiences. The fellowship offers opportunities to author manuscripts, present posters and talks at national and international scientific conferences, and participate in professional development activities.
