About The Position
The Electrical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering, at the University of Texas at Arlington, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. In accordance with USCIS regulations, successful applicants must be legally able to accept work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Legally able to accept work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research on electronic materials and devices, in particular, perovskite photovoltaics.
- Interpret experimental data and investigate the underlying physics of experimental results.
- Design and fabricate novel electronic devices.
- Explore new technologies.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
- Manage research projects.
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate students.
- Collaborate with other researchers.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed high-impact journals.
