The successful candidate will study HPV–host interactions using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, engineered human tissue models, and innate immune signaling, applying cellular, molecular, and genomic approaches to understand how HPV remodels host cells and tissues during infection and progression to cancer. The role includes providing bioinformatics support to the lab, designing and conducting research, analyzing and interpreting data, and contributing to the laboratory’s collaborative research environment. The candidate will help develop research questions and experimental strategies and contribute to scholarly communication through manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, and discussions.
