The Peter A. Allard School of Law is seeking applications for a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in technology and law. This fellowship is designed for early-career legal scholars whose research focuses on the intersections of law, technology, governance, and society. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, artificial intelligence and law, privacy and data governance, cybersecurity, platform regulation, digital rights, intellectual property and innovation, legal technologies, computational law, and the regulation of emerging technologies. The fellowship supports ambitious scholarly agendas, including those employing innovative methodologies or interdisciplinary approaches. Applicants must have a primary research field in law and technology, broadly defined.
