About The Position

The Molecular Dynamics Lab at the Center for Integrative Brain Research, Seattle Children's Research Institute, invites applications for a postdoctoral position. Funded projects in the lab focus on protein interaction dynamics during signal transduction events, in model signal transduction systems that include the neuronal excitatory synapse, the mTOR pathway, and the chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell. The overall goal of the lab is to use quantitative multiplexed co-immunoprecipitation (QMI) technology to move the study of protein interaction dynamics closer to -omic scale by defining the molecular logic of signal transduction.
