About The Position

Merchology, a leading eCommerce retailer in B2B sales of co-branded merchandise, is seeking a Post-Production Associate for its Operations team at its facility in Plymouth. This seasonal role, running from October to January, is critical for ensuring products are professionally and purposefully shipped to domestic and international customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
• Basic computer skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
• Spanish bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
• Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders.
• Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues.
• Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations.
• Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.
