About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Post Producer to join our creative agency team in Denver. In this role, you'll own the post production process from offline through final delivery, keeping complex commercial projects on track, on budget, and on brand. You'll be the connective tissue between creative, account, and external vendors ensuring every cut makes it to air looking exactly as intended.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of post production experience, with at least 2 years producing in an agency or production company environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the post production pipeline — offline edit, online/conform, color, VFX, mix, and final delivery
  • Familiarity with broadcast and digital delivery specs (ISCI/Ad-ID, ProRes, H.264, platform specs for Meta, YouTube, CTV, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets ranging from modest to large-scale commercial projects
  • Proficiency with project management and production tracking tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Strong vendor relationships with local and national post facilities is a plus
  • Experience with motion graphics production and VFX supervision
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite- Premiere and After Effects
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and media asset workflows
  • Background in working with broadcast network standards and clearance processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead post production from kickoff through final delivery on TV commercials, digital ads, and branded content campaigns
  • Build and manage post schedules, budgets, and cost reports, keeping leadership informed of risks and changes
  • Coordinate with editors, colorists, VFX artists, sound designers, and music supervisors both in-house and at vendor facilities
  • Manage editorial calendars and booking for edit suites, color, and mix sessions
  • Oversee asset management, versioning, and trafficking of final deliverables across broadcast, digital, and social platforms
  • Review deliverables at each stage to ensure they meet technical specs and creative intent
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, editors, and post houses
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to align on timelines and expectations
  • Manage clearances, licensing, and music rights coordination with legal teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues quickly and decisively to keep projects moving
