About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Post Processing Technician I to join our team in the Processing Department. This role is crucial for supporting the post-processing workflow, ensuring adherence to standards, and upholding product quality throughout the entire process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You will work under the supervision of the Processing Supervisor and Post Processing Technician III, performing various tasks across all processing areas.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring fine motor skills.
• Ability to maintain balance while using ladders or performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, or reaching.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to focus on sensitive and complex tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks across all processing areas.
• Conduct green waste disposal processes.
• Trim batches by hand and machine.
• Assist with the dry and cure processes.
• Maintain quality control measures to ensure batches meet product standards.
• Support inventory management by keeping accurate records.
• Keep workspaces and machinery clean, sanitized, and organized for operational efficiency.
