About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Post Processing Technician I to join our team in the Processing Department, Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This position plays a vital role in supporting the post-processing process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining product quality from start to finish. As a Post Processing Technician I, you will be responsible for performing routine tasks across all processing areas, working under the guidance of the Processing Supervisor and Post Processing Technician III. Your responsibilities will include conducting green waste disposal processes, trimming batches by hand and machine, and assisting with the dry and cure processes. You'll play a role in maintaining quality control measures, ensuring batches meet product standards, and supporting inventory management by keeping accurate records. In addition, you will be expected to keep your workspaces and machinery clean, sanitized, and organized to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring fine motor skills
• Ability to maintain balance while using ladders or performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, or reaching
