About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring work order compliance, maintaining work station cleanliness, managing supply inventory, and completing necessary data and paperwork. The operator will pack parts according to work order instructions to ensure damage-free shipping, visually inspect parts, and report any non-conformances to quality control. They will also follow the daily department schedule, maintain a safe working environment, and achieve daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour). Additionally, the operator must comply with department and company SOPs, complete all required production documentation accurately, and perform heat staking and trimming as per work order instructions.

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 LBS
