About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring work order compliance, maintaining work station cleanliness, managing supply inventory, and completing necessary data and paperwork. The operator will pack parts according to work order instructions to prevent shipping damage, visually inspect parts for non-conformance, and follow the daily department schedule. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe working environment and achieving daily production objectives by meeting efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour). The operator must also comply with department and company SOPs, complete all required production documentation accurately, and perform heat staking and trimming as per work order instructions.

Responsibilities

• Keeping work station clean, clutter free
• Packing of parts in accordance with work order instructions to ensure damage free shipping.
