About The Position

SMB Team is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee the systematic assignment, quality control, and proactive monitoring of all post-launch website requests within the Project Management Department. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery by identifying and resolving issues before they impact the client, maintaining high standards of the Client Experience team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; clear professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, or similar)
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; ability to follow and improve detailed SOPs
  • Reliable, responsive, and highly organized with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working within defined processes and escalating appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage incoming post-launch support tickets; categorize, prioritize, and route to appropriate team members within SLA windows
  • Verify Marketing Specialists have gathered all necessary client information before assigning tickets to developers; set and communicate timelines and next steps
  • Follow up with developers and Marketing Specialists to confirm task completion and client satisfaction
  • Support minor QA checks on deliverables before client-facing milestones; assist with offboarding procedures and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records across project management and client portal platforms
  • Provide backup support for onboarding and website teams; participate in team meetings and contribute to SOP feedback and process improvement initiatives
