About The Position
onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Post Fab BGBM Module Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Hopewell Junction, NY. This position will serve as a key technical resource supporting systems and manufacturing operations during evening production hours. The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting production performance. This role will focus on driving equipment performance, process stability, defect reduction, productivity improvements, and continuous operational excellence.
