We seek a full-time postdoctoral scholar with expertise in engineering education research to contribute to a KEEN funded research initiative focused on engineering faculty entrepreneurial mindset professional development, while also supporting teaching and scholarly activities within the Department of Engineering Education. The postdoctoral scholar will divide their effort across three integrated areas: (1) advancing the funded project’s research and dissemination agenda; (2) contributing to graduate and undergraduate teaching and mentoring within the engineering education department; and (3) developing an independent line of engineering education research aligned with the scholar’s interests and expertise. The postdoctoral scholar will work closely with the principal investigators, faculty colleagues, and national partners, exercising both independent research judgment and collaborative leadership. The post-doc will receive mentoring from the KEEN grant research team (Drs. Cheryl Bodnar, Rachel Kajfez, and Krista Kecskemety), opportunities to lead professional development sessions (workshops and/or PLCs), contribute as first authors on publications, and continue to develop as an independent scholar in the engineering education field. The post-doc will also join a community of other post-docs within the Engineering Education Department at The Ohio State University.
