The Center for Research Frontiers in the Digital Humanities (CRFDH) at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is seeking a Post-doctoral Researcher. This position is a .49 FTE role with a salary of $24,500 annually. The position is eligible for paid sick leave but not employer-sponsored health insurance. The postdoctoral researcher will assist in ethnolinguistic data collection, interview transcription, data analysis, and other relevant tasks for the documentation of an endangered language. An in-depth knowledge of polysynthetic languages and Northwest Native American cultures is highly valued, and members of Indigenous communities are particularly encouraged to apply. This position is dependent on external grant funding, currently expected until August 31, 2028.
