About The Position

The candidate will focus on investigating the cellular and molecular mechanisms of orthopaedic implant osseointegration. The candidate should be highly motivated, productive, and interested in pursuing a research career.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience.
  • PhD or medical degree.
  • Strong scientific writing skills.
  • Expertise in mouse genetics, light and confocal microscopy, and gold-standard cell and molecular biology techniques.
  • One or more high-quality first-author publications in cell biology, disease mouse models, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of postgraduate research experience in basic science.
  • Candidates with a recent Ph.D. in Developmental Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, or Neuroscience are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in mouse models of wound healing and/or skeletal stem/progenitor cell biology is highly desirable.
