About The Position
The UT-Oak Ridge Innovation Institute is seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Associate for the Fusion Technology and Materials for Extreme Environments Convergent Research Initiative. This grant-funded position is a limited-term appointment, approximately 6 months with the possibility of renewal, contingent upon continued grant funding. The role requires a background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or an equivalent advanced degree (PhD), with demonstrated ability to publish peer-reviewed papers. Experience in lithium chemistry, sintering, powder metallurgy, and chemical engineering is essential.
