The Tang Laboratory at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School is seeking highly motivated and creative Postdoctoral Fellows to join our interdisciplinary team developing innovative RNA-based therapeutics for skin diseases. Our laboratory is focused on advancing next-generation oligonucleotide technologies to address unmet medical needs in dermatology. We combine principles of RNA biology, biomedical engineering, drug delivery, and skin biology to develop transformative therapeutic strategies, including siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides, and other RNA-based modalities. Our research aims to understand disease mechanisms in the skin and translate rationally designed oligonucleotide therapies from discovery toward clinical applications.
