About The Position

The Liu Lab at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Trainee in cancer signaling and cancer biology. The successful candidate will use complementary biochemical, molecular, cellular, and genetic approaches to address fundamental questions in cancer biology and therapeutic response. The fellow will integrate information from diverse experimental systems-including in vitro biochemical and molecular assays, cellular models, and in vivo genetic screens- to develop, test, and validate mechanistic hypotheses with potential therapeutic relevance. This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of cancer signaling, molecular biology, and therapeutic discovery, with a strong emphasis on translating mechanistic insights into new strategies for cancer treatment.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in a related field
