RCB Bank is seeking a Post Closing Specialist responsible for reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, ultimately assuring that each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of PC programs, including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Care about your community and have a desire to be involved.
Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Experience with servicing, post-closing, or shipping
Familiarity with mortgage documents
Experience with Encompass

Responsibilities

Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.
