About The Position
Workway BancForce is seeking a Post Closer for a national title settlement company. This position is located in a high energy, top-producing office. The Post Closer will be responsible for reviewing lender closing documents for accuracy, preparing final closing packages, and coordinating with various parties to ensure smooth closing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of title post-closing or processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review lender closing documents for accuracy, including title, vesting, and required signatures.
- Prepare final closing packages, disbursement checks, and related closing documentation.
- Review and balance closing ledgers, wire instructions, and payoff details for accuracy.
- Submit signed closing documents to lenders for funding approval.
- Coordinate with attorneys, agents, settlement officers, and lenders to satisfy closing requirements.
- Disburse funds and distribute executed documents in a timely manner.
- Facilitate recording of post-closing documents, including Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, and UCC filings.
- Maintain escrow accounts and resolve post-closing issues or discrepancies as needed.
