About The Position

As a Post-Bar Law Clerk, you will work directly with experienced employment law attorneys on meaningful cases, handling substantive legal work and receiving mentorship to develop core litigation skills. Requirements

Recently taken (or about to take) the California State Bar exam
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Sound judgment and attention to detail
Genuine passion for employment law and client advocacy

Nice To Haves

Previous internship or clerkship experience
Familiarity with employment law concepts, including California-specific employment law
Experience with legal research tools and document management systems

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Propound and respond to written discovery
Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence
Conduct client and witness interviews
Participate in mediations and case strategy discussions
Review and organize case documents
Contribute to case analysis and legal research
Develop core litigation skills under attorney guidance
