Requirements

  • Must be planning to take the July 2027 California Bar Exam.
  • Must have passed the MPRE and received Moral Character determination approval by the time the position begins in September 2027
  • A law degree from an accredited law school
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage
  • Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, and pride in work product are essential.
  • A law degree and pending California State Bar results are required.

Responsibilities
