About Lakewood Regional Support Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications. What We’re Looking For: A technically curious and detail driven systems specialist to support the configuration, testing, integrity, and performance of enterprise POS platforms across multiple hotel outlets. This role applies structured systems analysis and establishes technical standards to validate configurations, support system updates, and identify data or performance inconsistencies to help maintain reliable and secure POS environments. Who You Are: Detail oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on accuracy and adherence to technical standards. Service oriented collaborator who works effectively with IT and operational teams. Clear and practical communicator who shares updates and findings in an easy-to-understand way. Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
