The POS Coordinator is responsible for receiving and documenting daily inbound POS, supplier, and administrative support materials. This role involves accurately logging received items, examining stock for quality and quantity, and distributing materials to Sales Representatives and other personnel. The coordinator will also pull and stage POS daily, prepare and ship materials to other locations, and maintain individual Sales Representatives' POS cage areas. Additionally, they will manage and distribute tap handles for next-day delivery and communicate any related issues to their supervisor and Brand Manager. The position requires ensuring a safe and clean working area, performing duties efficiently and accurately in a time-sensitive manner.
