Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Standalone and cross functional Enterprise Systems Programs / NPI Projects following software development life cycle. Work closely within Enterprise Systems Portfolio, Commercial, R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and other departments and external partners to ensure project priorities and decisions are consistent between teams and corporate strategies. Lead and Manage Program/Project timeline, budget, risk, issue resolutions, technical and business dependencies for all deliverables within the Portfolio / Programs. Communicate Portfolio/Program/Project updates to the core team, to functional management and to executive leadership both internally and externally. Lead and Manage Quarterly Portfolio Roadmap planning and successful execution of the approved roadmaps. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving agile environment demonstrating swift pivoting, teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals, objectives. Define program resource needs, negotiate program resourcing plans, and track resource usage over the course of the program Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Manage leadership stakeholders and present at executive management forums. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Project/ Program Management. Experience Leading and Managing Multiple Systems Integrated Programs is required. Knowledge of Program / Project Management tools such as project scheduling, work breakdown structures, and time and cost reporting is required. Proven experience leading and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure initiatives (e.g. site readiness, office migration etc.) Experience overseeing end-to-end software implementation of large-scale clinical or healthcare information systems. Position requires the ability to collect information from multiple sources, sort through, integrate, and drive towards successful program/project launches. Experience with executing programs / projects in both Agile and Waterfall software development life cycle is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Software or computer science or Information Technology or in a related technical / Engineering discipline. An advanced degree in either business or a technical field would be a plus. CISM or similar certification will be highly preferred. PMP is highly preferred. Hybrid Work Model: This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies. Guardant has defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. This range does not include benefits or, if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, education, job-related skills, job duties, and business need. Primary Location: Palo Alto, CA Primary Location Base Pay Range: $155,800 - $214,250 Other US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $132,430 - $182,113 If the role is performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is: $140,220 - $192,825 Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Requirements
