Aeon is seeking a Portfolio Preservation Manager to lead strategies that strengthen and extend the impact of its existing affordable housing portfolio. This is a critical role on Aeon's Housing Development team, responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of Aeon's housing assets. The Portfolio Preservation Manager will work across Aeon departments, and with public agencies, lenders, and investors, to identify and execute opportunities for asset repositioning, recapitalization, refinancing, and reinvestment that strengthen portfolio performance and sustain long-term impact.
