The Portfolio Planner - New College Graduate (NCG) role is designed for early-career professionals interested in workplace planning, portfolio strategy, and data-driven decision-making. In an AI-readiness team, this role supports the preparation of trusted, standardized, and well-governed workplace data, enabling better analytics, automation, and more scalable planning decisions across the portfolio. During the first 12-18 months, this position may include structured learning and rotational exposure across facilities and workplace functions, with increasing focus on AI readiness areas such as data quality, data governance, process standardization, reporting automation, and adoption of digital planning tools.
