About The Position

The Project Manager, Equity Products & Portfolio Oversight Reporting is a hybrid business-management and data-stewardship role within CIBC Private Wealth’s Investments organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Portfolio Oversight, this individual will lead cross-functional initiatives—particularly those affecting proprietary equity products, investment processes, and supporting technology—while owning the portfolio oversight reporting framework. The role connects investment, relationship management, fiduciary, operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance partners to translate business needs into well-governed projects, accurate management information, and sustainable operating processes. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
