About The Position

STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our team! How you will contribute to STORE’s mission: The Portfolio Operations Analyst will support the Portfolio Operations team. This role will work closely with the Director of Portfolio Operations and other members of the team to provide excellent customer service for our over 600 customers and manage commercial real estate and property management risk in the portfolio for over 3,500 properties. This role will also work closely with our tenants, outside counsel, municipalities, and the Portfolio Management team. This position will contribute by consistently performing assigned tasks with accuracy and reliability, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and supporting team objectives through a positive attitude and strong work ethic. By following established practices, asking thoughtful questions, and taking ownership of their responsibilities, they help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and align with the organization’s goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in same or similar position desired, including commercial real estate, real estate and/or legal fields
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe and general internet research
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure of competing deadlines
  • Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy in work product
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Solution-oriented, team player

Nice To Haves

  • Legal assistant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the tenants regarding property improvements, maintenance and repairs
  • Track and follow up on liens and violations
  • Work closely with tenants, municipalities, the Portfolio Management team and outside counsel regarding sublease requests
  • Track energy benchmark requirements, annual property filings and open issues
  • Handle document requests and manage mail with external team
  • Process wire requests
  • Assist with database updates for new property terms
  • Assist with requests from third parties, including rights of entry
  • Assist with property filings
  • Assist with electronic file organization
  • Provide necessary notifications and updates to tenants
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with STORE’s mission, vision, and guiding values
  • Manage tenant requests
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or company leadership
