About The Position

We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to oversee multiple strategic IT initiatives across enterprise systems. The environment is highly complex, requiring strong governance and portfolio-level visibility to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in IT portfolio management, program management, or senior project leadership roles
  • Experience in public sector, transportation, or large enterprise IT environments
  • Strong understanding of portfolio governance, financial planning, and resource management
  • Experience preparing executive reports and strategic presentations
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT project intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Oversee portfolio performance by tracking KPIs, delivery metrics, and overall program health across initiatives
  • Align budgets, resources, and capacity planning with organizational priorities and IT strategy
  • Coordinate with PMO leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure transparency and governance across the portfolio
  • Identify portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and constraints and support mitigation planning
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and governance
