About The Position

As a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple communities, serve as a strategic advisor to community boards, lead and mentor on-site personnel, and support financial stability through effective budget management. The role contributes to creating well-managed communities and advancing excellence in property management. The position requires relevant property management experience, a Florida LCAM, a driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical activities may include extended sitting or standing, occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds, frequent driving, walking community grounds, and climbing stairs or accessing elevated areas.

Requirements

Proficiency with accounting software; experience with Caliber is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant property management experience.
Florida LCAM.
Driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Caliber accounting software.

Responsibilities
