The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the collection and analysis of financial data to determine creditworthiness and merits of credit requests. This includes reviewing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow projections, risk rating, and personal financial statements. The role also involves ongoing credit monitoring, completing credit reviews, reviewing loan maturities, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will coordinate collateral inspections, assist in preparing loan packages, ensure loan agreements are accurate, and facilitate timely loan closing and funding. The position requires servicing customers by recommending banking products and services and participating in joint calls with customers and bankers. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned and obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Additional responsibilities include performing functions of other positions in the department, contributing to a positive work environment, working collaboratively, adhering to bank policies, and representing the bank at community functions.
