As a Portfolio Manager, you will support our Commercial Lending team by strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth. This role combines financial expertise with relationship management, ensuring we deliver high-quality service while managing risk effectively.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of credit or related experience
Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, financial analysis, and credit risk management
Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships
Self-motivation, personal accountability, and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Managing an assigned commercial credit portfolio and serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Partnering with Commercial Loan Officers to provide seamless service and respond to client needs
Underwriting loans and preparing credit presentations in alignment with bank policy
Monitoring portfolio performance, including renewals, compliance, and annual reviews
Building community connections and supporting business development initiatives
