Fraser Health is seeking a collaborative and strategically minded Portfolio Manager, ITSM Transition Management to join the Service Management Office within Digital Enablement. This role helps shape how digital health services are safely introduced, transitioned, supported, and continuously improved across one of Canada’s largest and most complex health authorities. Aligned with Fraser Health’s vision of Better health, best in health care, the Portfolio Manager provides senior-level leadership across IT Service Management practices, with a focus on Change Enablement, CAB improvement, Configuration Management/CMDB maturity, Patch Vulnerability Management visibility, ServiceNow process improvement, and service transition readiness. The role works closely with Digital Enablement teams, clinical and business partners, vendors, PHSA, NTT/Kyndryl, TELUS, and other provincial partners to improve alignment, reduce operational ambiguity, and support safer, more reliable technology services. As part of the SMO, this position will help advance Fraser Health’s ITSM roadmap — to federate, innovate, and accelerate consistent service management practices — while preparing for the January 2027 transition to BC Shared Health Services. The successful candidate will bring strong ITSM knowledge, ServiceNow familiarity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change. As part of the planned changes, certain IM/IT, Finance, and Supply Chain roles are expected to be in scope for transition to a new provincial shared services organization, BC Shared Health Services.
