Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
4 or more years of related credit, banking, or financial analysis experience (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience that may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Investigate credit and financial information for prospective and existing clients.
Analyze financial statements for new, renewed, and existing loan relationships.
Prepare spreadsheets, credit approval packages, summaries, and recommendations for complex commercial credits, including construction, lot/land acquisition, and land development loans.
Independently assess complex credit relationships and develop credit proposals with minimal guidance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Community Financial Corporation credit-related matters.
Maintain and oversee financial files to ensure accurate reporting, financial statements, and accounts receivable information.
Monitor existing accounts and track payment performance.
Assist with establishing and maintaining lien perfection for various forms of collateral.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable government regulations.
