This team is a highly-coveted group of quick-thinking, problem-solving individuals within SEI that sets a high bar of superior customer service and project management within the US Private Banking Business.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Industry
Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows

Experience in Advent Moxy /Axys Products
Experience in SEI systems including PME, SEI Wealth Platform and Trust 3000
Microsoft Office Suite of products
SQL or Enterprise Manager

Responsibilities

Supporting client suite of Portfolio Management Products
Incorporating workflows, procedures and outputs that will serve as the base offering for our clients
Troubleshooting clients questions regarding portfolio management functionality
Resolve time-critical trading, reporting and day to day trading activities
Training and Documentation of Procedures
Coordinating communication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient support for platform delivery and product development teams related to the clients portfolio management needs
