As a Portfolio Management Manager within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; Washington, DC; Tysons Corner, VA; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY. We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Portfolio Owners and deliver a series of initiatives from ideation through discovery, development and delivery. This role partners with key business, product and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, and competing priorities. The manager will also partner with Product and Business leaders to create, manage and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog and roadmap. The role oversees Program Analysis and Reporting, leveraging insights to inform improvement opportunities, and oversees continual agile and operational transformation, partnering with product to adopt industry best practices. Additionally, the manager supports key internal processes, including Change at PNC, project funding and staffing, budgeting, etc., and manages budget tracking and burndown for the Servicing Product Team. The role drives the annual planning process for the team and develops tracking, identifies and implements efficiency strategies across the product and tech organization. The manager supports the Head of Servicing Product to develop and deliver Senior Leadership updates. Familiarity with product development tools like Adobe, Tableau, FigJam, JIRA, Confluence, Figma is expected. Requirements

University / college degree.
At least 5 years of prior management experience.

Nice To Haves

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
Industry experience is typically 8+ years.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy.
Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
Coaches and develops portfolio managers.
Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vendor relationships to ensure success of the portfolio.
Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.
Partners with key business, product and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, competing priorities.
Partners with Product and Business leaders to create, manage and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog and roadmap.
