About The Position
Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) is seeking a Portfolio Management Intern for Summer 2027. PECO focuses on creating exceptional omni-channel grocery-anchored shopping experiences and enhancing communities. Requirements
- Current university student enrolled in a degree-seeking program studying a business-related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of groups internally and externally, including senior leaders
- Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once
Responsibilities
- Property Dashboard Updates (Including SWOT Summaries: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)
- ESG/GRESB Projects
- Projects related to Data Science Initiatives for department
- State of the Region presentation coordination
- Monitoring of the Tenant Open Tracking (TOT) Dashboard
- Property/Site visits
- Cross Functional exposure
