In our Office of General Counsel, you’ll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world-class legal, tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company. The Portfolio Maintenance and Operations Leader will manage the continued development and improvement of the Ford Land maintenance and operations platform to ensure workplaces are functioning at the high standards employees rely on to do their best work. You’ll regularly collaborate with stakeholders and partners across the portfolio to understand requirements, problem solve, realize efficiencies and deliver results. Leading a team of facility and experience managers, skilled trades, and suppliers you will inspire excellence, problem-solve, and prioritize work that matters.
