Portfolio & Launch Lead - Canola This opportunity strives to: innovative canola acre solutions, ensuring they are delivered to customers and developed using differentiated products and services strategically deployed through Bayer Crop Science (BCS) Go to Market (GTM) partners in North America and Australia, New Zealand (ANZ); ensure the Canola Strategic Business Plan (SBP) is achieved across indications for the overall canola acre, developed in alignment with local and global goals and teams; and the customer experience makes steady, meaningful gains to enable DEKALB as the preferred canola brand (build trust, raise confidence, increase consideration).
