About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and oversight of commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending activities to ensure sound credit administration, regulatory compliance, and portfolio quality. Responsibilities include providing oversight to critical lending components such as servicing business, consumer, and mortgage lending portfolios and completing annual relationship reviews. The role oversees loan processing, documentation, closing, and funding to ensure accuracy and lien perfection. In addition, this position manages and develops portions of the Loan Servicing team through coaching, performance management, and training, while maintaining up-to-date loan policies, procedures, and product offerings. The Portfolio and Loan Servicing Manager will continue to actively support and participate in servicing Business Lending relationships through member engagement and relationship development. This role requires remaining current on regulatory requirements and economic conditions while exercising independent judgment aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
  • A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
